Dollar General — Local services in Elk City

Personal at the store, Angie was very rude. I bought some items that were on sale and paid for them to discover when I got my receipt that they had charged me regular price. The cashier was not familiar how to give me back the over charge and asked a lady named Angie to help her. She made a snide remark about me for everyone to hear. I think that was very unprofessional. I won't be shopping there anymore. I will drive 20 minutes away to avoid that store until the manager and assistant managers are taught better skills dealing with the public that keeps that store...

There are two Dollar Generals in Elk City and they have two great managers they have been working very hard to organize and get the stores cleaned up and have excellent service they are still in the process of organizing but I believe that the managers that they have now are great so please help them out if you can keep a place organized when you go to visit it that does help the managers and the people that work...

Very cluttered, shelves are empty all over the store taking away from the convenience of having a store in town when I still have to go to another store wasting more time for the things I need.. then I can't find an associate to ask for assistance because there is only one available at the registers checking people out while the line backs up.... extremely aggravating and next time I won't waste my time...
