So in my 50 years I have never seen an individual so dedicated to finding a solution. So I called Luna Plumbing for a free estimate thru yelp and Jonathan arrived promptly. When he reviewed our dining ceiling that had leaks, he went upstairs to the master bathroom to try and see where the leak was coming from. Very quickly he recommended that he needed to cut through the ceiling to determine where the leaks were coming from. I was hesitant at first and I asked him for a price and he said it was FREE which was surprising so I gave him the approval to proceed.

Shortly after, he saw the wet baseboard and immediately identified the issue was the bath tub however he needed to cut through and remove 6 tiles to see exactly where the leak was actually coming from. He was right as he discovered the leaks were coming from the unsealed bathroom tiles which had visible cracks and mold.

Jonathan immediately recommended that I have a tile repair come over to repair the tiles. He cleaned, taped both areas which he had made holes in, gathered his tools and was headed for the door.

So I asked him how much it was going to cost me and he said it was a FREE Estimate. So I was shocked and objected and told him, No you have to be compensated for the amount of work you just did for over an hour. He politely said that it's okay he won't charge me. So my wife and I insisted and I gave him $200 as a token of his efforts and appreciation as he had identified our tile leak issue. He was very appreciative polite and I vowed to call him again for all our future plumbing needs. With that kind of attitude and excellent customer service I'll be referring my friends to you.
