Thank goodness for Brian’s Repair in Elk Point...A piece of my vehicle came off when I was driving down the interstate..2 hours from home. I had to drive about 30mph with a trooper behind me to the closest repair shop possible. My husband called Brian’s repair and text me to let me know they were expecting me. They got my vehicle right in and had the appropriate bolt to fix the piece. It had previously been “fixed” by someone else...but not in the ideal way due to the bolt not being available. Not only did they get me in right away, but they had the appropriate bolt and they did not charge me despite my efforts to compensate them for their time. Would definitely recommend. Our transmission went out a few miles from here. The lady that answered the phone, Jessica, was super helpful and understanding. They had it diagnosed within a couple of hours of it getting there so we could decide what to do. She was communicative about what was going on, and made it easy to ask questions. She was very knowledgeable, and we left our suburban there to drive home 600 miles away with no qualms. As soon as they got the transmission delivered there, they had it done in 1.5 days, which was actually slightly faster than what she had estimated. Can’t say enough good things about Brian’s Repair!
