If you have children and you can't get a 1st floor apartment, do not even consider (no matter how beautiful they look) checking these out. We were forced out of a 3 bedroom apartment for having small children who didn't sit on the couch all day and not move. The people who lived there before us warned us they received several complaints, we assumed they must be exaggerating or were disrespectful...we were wrong. Our children went to bed every night at 8:30, even on weekends. We didn't dare have any company and we still got harassed over and over again. I was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown every time one of my children would walk across the floor, my blood pressure would rise. The wood floors are gorgeous, the apartments are spacious but it's not worth any of it!
