Clark Vinyl Graphics — Local services in Elk Township

I am a graphic designer that had design a poster for a church group but did have a way to print it the size they needed so I took it to Clark's on a Friday and he said he could have it done late Monday. When I arrived he said hadn't even started yet!!! So I said I would be back tomorrow and we agreed on a time. I tried calling this time before I came in but no one answered the phone so I drove in. He said that he was still printing it and the computer said it would be another hour. He said he was delayed because of other projects (that he was taking precedence over mine because he was going to make more money with theirs). So I told I would be back in an hour because I really needed the poster because I also had a client that was waiting. So I came back in an hour and he was in his office talking to someone and didn't acknowledge that I had walked in even though there was a bell. So after waiting a few minutes I poked my head in the door and he said that the poster was in the front of the shop and to go look at it and he would be out in a minute. I went to look at it and it was not print on the material I had requested. Then I was made to wait another 10 minutes while he continued to talk to this person in the office. Finally he came out and said "so we didn't print this on the type of board you requested because there was a dent in the one I had so ... Good news for you this is my cheapest board I have so it's only $24 dollars 👍. I was not happy at all. I gave this man my phone number when Iade the order for the poster and not once did he call me to tell me he was running behind (to save me the multiple drives in) or ran out of the material I wanted before he printed it. I ended up with a cheap plastic board with a giant vinyl sticker on it that pealed of if you grabbed it wrong and then you have to smooth it out again. I will never...
