Cass Theatre — Local services in Elkland Township

My wife drove 45 minutes with our 3 oldest sons (I stayed home with our sick son) to watch the new star wars movie that our son wanted to see for his birthday. She tried several times to call the theater to verify they took credit cards as payment only to get no answer. Upon arrival at the theater she is told by the employee that there was not enough people to make it worth her time to start up the equipment and refused to allow them in to see the movie that they advertise is showing. What a horrible way to treat poeple and a lousy way to run a business. You have ensured that my family will never be attending a movie at your theater. Quaint nostalgic theater! Comfortable Seating even for plus size figured people. To bad the balcony is not open yet, as they are waiting to have better lighting up there for safety. The Owners are very friendly and do whatever they can to keep the price down for our community. Last I knew this was a cash only establishment and all of the concessions except the Popcorn and suckers are from a vending machine so change is helpful.
