He is a life saver. My husband and son were on there way to our new home hauling our golf cart , packed truck inside and truck bed, as well as the trailer, a 18 wheelers tire blew mins before and no way to miss the debree and it shredded the tire on our trailer. This was close to 6pm.and everyone was closed. I just happened to call the same business twice and the Indian gentleman suggested this man. So I immediately contacted Mr Fred Hall and he met my family who just by luck was near the exit. He saved them from spending the night in the pick up truck. My husband could not leave our trailer unattended. So I cannot thank this man in person but my husband said he would have paid him a thousand dollars. He was kind , courteous and professional. I contacted Halls Automotive on June 1, 2024 at 11:45 am with an issue with a friend of mine broke down right off 75. Whoever answered the phone was a complete jerk and said he wasn't responsible for my stupid friend that didn't see the battery light on and it wasn't his fault he was broke down. I was merely trying to find a mechanic for my 76 year old friend traveling from florida to North Carolina. All I can say is if there were negative stars I would give them. As an automotive shop owner in Florida, I deal with broke down travelers all the time and would never treat someone the piss poor. My husband and I were on our way to Christmas in Ohio when all of a sudden, car engine just started overheating. We tried to trouble shoot it and couldn’t even get a mile down without smoke. We saw Halls shop on google and was praying we could just get a small solution. Wow, the care we were given was amazing. Not only did he take the car he was working on first out of the shop, he included us in the process of the diagnosis. Found out it was the radiator.
