Rude, As other reviews have stated, I was forwarded multiple times and each person just diverted blame to the next person. The last person was insulting and unhelpful. My packaging was done incredibly poorly, large amounts of air in the chops, shanks, and roasts packaging. Not fully sealed. The ground meat was packaged well. The communication on how the cuts were divided up was poor, talking about certain cuts but not actually marking it onto the cut sheet. Highly suggest sending in your own cut sheet explaining what you want, then relying on the lady on the phone who won't take responsibility for...

Had a couple minor mishaps on packaging but they always made it right. The size of animal obviously changes year to year but the quality is stellar. I've always been treated good, my calls always returned and the consistency is a value on its own. The girl complaining about masks must have been from the twin cities.    Read moreI only stop in once in awhile and for good reason; It's a waste of my time. Absolutely nothing looks fresh cut. Everything seems to be mass produced and goes straight into a package and frozen. If you ask for something cut good luck getting the order filled. They look at you like you're asking for something foreign. The things I do end up getting are things I would expect from a Schwans truck. Packed and frozen by a manufacturer. It seems they are more interested in meat processing than being actual local butchers, given the recent facility purchased...
