As a loyal customer for the past 10 years, todays service disgusted me and the customer service was atrocious. Communication can always be misinterpreted, but as a retail worker- you should have some kind of awareness and acknowledgement when your dealing with people and not so much in a rush to where the customer feels disrespected. The cashier herself could use some more training as well as the woman in customer service who clearly didn't give a care what I needed as she brought a young guy out that took care of the issue in 2 mins compared to my 30min visit. Very happy that this story is open in Eloy. I've found the store a little pricey but I've equally found it extremely convenient when I'm in the local area, and I'm ok with that convenience costing a little extra. We often utilize this store for anything we've forgotten when we are desert camping in the cooler months.
