Picked up 5lbs of Costillas de Pecho, slab of beef ribs, their homemade sausage and not forget a costal of carbon. Mannn let me tell you, made it back home to Premont TX. fired up pit on Sunday and all ribs and sausage was AMAZING. Service was #1 very helpful butchers!
