I had a tough load, load was addressed to the wrong consignee. Got information that lead me to here. Took dispatcher and shipper a while to figure that out and change bills on our end. Load was late, had to pick up at terminal due to original drivers truck taking damage from tornado storm. I rushed like mad to get it here quickly only to realize shipper mistake. Got things straight on our end. Now I knew the same would be with you folks because of who you had to deal with to verify. You folks worked hard. You worked fast and I got unloaded relatively quickly regardless of situation. You even let me stay the night. This place is well kept by its employees and I suggest, to other drivers, police yourselves while guests here! This one of the few greats we have left to us that treat us well. NOR-AM, I thank you for your expediency and hospitality. I'll enjoy coming back here. I really enjoyed your shipping staff. They are both beautiful and extremely efficient....

Great place I had a refrigerated load deliver there and had a 7am appointment I showed up at 5am gate was still lock but I just sat there. I saw 2 drivers go around the gate but figured I will follow the signs and wait. Around 6-6:15 someone showed up to open the gate went and parked they won’t let you check in no earlier than 6:45am I wait till 7am I had 4 truck in front of me. Go inside give them the bills they will give you a door leave your trailer doors shut don’t remove your seal. Slide your tandems and back in once they start your light will go red once they are done it will go green and that means to go back inside to get your paperwork and you are good to go. I was out of there by 8:30am one of my favorite places...

Come off us36 and take the dude road there to Beauty street (slightly destroyed looking concrete road). Refrigerated on the right and dry van on the left. Walk in next to the building that sticks out, go into he clerks office (there are signs) and hand your paperwork in. Office staff were respectful, nice and professional. Was in and out with a full load on the freezer side in under 30 minutes. Tiny truck stop has maybe 5 spots. Fuel island. Nice folks inside, watch for the kiddos riding bikes nearby. To leave the area, go east on the main road. Turn left for westbound at the 3 way stop, go straight and under the bridge for east bound. Would love to...
