I bought a van back in October. Didn't have the car for a month before I was broken down and stranded . I'm a disabled man one leg and paid cash for the vehicle. The salesman told me the van had never been totaled and it had a rebuilt title. I don't know much about these things. But before I continue I'd like to say prayed long and hard before posting. I know used vehicles will have issues. But this one takes the cake. I have had the van in the shop several times since buying and have spent over three thousand already in repairs. It constantly overheats and dies at a stop. The electrical is all messed up one month ago the radio sparked and burnt up. The windshield wipers stopped in the middle of a roan storm. The lights decide when and where they will or won't work. The van itself looked decent when I had someone test drive it. It even ran decent at the time . I explained to the man being on disability I was limited on funds and needed something dependable. Like I said he was friendly and quick to get us on the way. Now I know why. After less then a month the van become unsafe for me to drive the transmission was slipping and it would lock up. And you could not turn the key over or even take it out of the ignition. They said they replaced a part it was in the shop for a month. The shop was in no hurry and they where very uncompassionate to the importance and reasons I needed this back. The guy was so rude and said we'll be lucky we are ven going to work on it. My brand new truck is in the shop and they said it will be over s month before it's fixed. I said with all do respect that truck is not my problem. I bought the car from you and it's already worthless to me. I gave over five grand for my van. I've had to put in a new battery new alternator new fan modules radiator parts and hoses. I'm a pretty strong man who believes in God. But three weeks ago did me in. I had to set in this van that stopped running in the middle of the highway intersection. I had to call the police to come make a barrier of safety around me because I had no lights no power and no flashers nothing. Because the wires is such a mess I. This car. Come to find out after a insurance claim. I should have got a good chunk back I lost. The van was a total salvage prior to selling it to me. Again I don't know all this kind. If stuff. I'm learning as I go. But the the worksmemshop the lies and the deception especially to a handicapped man. My lord I have never been scammed or treated so poorly. The salesman like I said was kind but really know nothing about the van. We had to even clean it the night I got it home. It had tampons fake nails food and trash through out the entire thing. The back up camera don't work the DVD player screen is busted. All of this should have been in the paperwork. But no let shine up the outside paint over the parts from another van. The salesman told me the only thing that had to ever be done was they out on a bumper . Again I'm sorry to post this. Some people are great and I. Sure are taken care of. But they seem a fool knowing I could not get out and test drive. They seen me coming and pushed out the worst of the worst on the lot. Now they think my entire engine may be shot because mof a violent leak that has been there since purchased. But not detectable because I don't use the back air or heat. Man I'm so lost and fed up with how people take...
Read moreNo stars, I'm an hour away, we sent messages back & forth, worked out a deal last evening, he said the car had 'no issues', today, I told him I was on the way. Then he tells me the car has a "Rebuilt Title", meaning the car had been wrecked, totaled out, then he fixed it ! WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO TELL ME. Nowhere in the ad or conversations did he mention it. A "rebuilt" title takes at least $2000.00 of the value and some insurances will not give you full coverage. DO NOT DEAL...
Read moreI purchased a 2007 Chevy Aveo LS in March of 2021. I took it to my mechanic right away. I put more money into this car then is what is worth. He sold me a car with faulty brakes, rotors, transmission slipping. Major repairs the vehicle should never have been sold with major repairs needed. Shawn also said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM...
