When you call and an employee picks up the phone and gives you a price quote, it is reasonable for the company to hold to that price or at least notify you before services are given of the price change. It is also reasonable that when given instructions on how you would like your meat cut up, that those instructions are followed. It is also reasonable that when you call in with these concerns to talk to someone who is at the very least polite and understanding of your concerns. That was not my experience at all. Steak Masters messed up our order, charged us way more than we were told in the beginning and then the lady that I called was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I have given the company 3 weeks to try and make this right with us, since we would have loved to continue doing business locally. But they have made no attempts to make it right.
