Doehler North America — Local services in Emerson

It sadden me to write this review because I know that Doehler is a great company with great respect for the product they produce. But the Management of Doehler in Cartersville, Ga is somewhat questionable. Which make this company horrible to work for. There are hard-working, career driven people in this company that work in production and warehouse and are mistreated over and over again. I have spoken to several former employees and they all have the same story. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. No matter how hard and long they work this company still does not provide compensation, no pay raises, no cost of living increase, no bonuses for meeting budget. Tell us why should anyone want to work for them. Great company BAD people. The only reason those are still there is because they have too be. What a shame. My heart goes out too those whom are still pressing...

Called to inquire about a product they sell. Was told to call "Vido" (Vytas Jozaitis). Talked to him once on the phone-- super nice guy-- and he said he'd email me info on the product. Never heard from him. Called and talked to him a second time and he said he lost my email address. Ok. So I got his email address and immediately wrote him with questions about the product. No response. This was a couple months ago. On the second phone call, he said "do you want me to send you a sample?" That would be great, I said, and promptly emailed him my address. Guess what? He didn't send the sample. I am trying to establish a business-to-business relationship that (hopefully) would grow to me placing large orders of this product with them in the future. So why is it impossible to get a response, a sample, or ANY information about the product? Can't understand....

I worked for this company through temporary agency, saw a manager for Doehler pull a chair out from under another temporary worker and she hit her head on the production machine. Worked there for 1 week and this manager I was told was bad about getting rid of hard workers and temporary agency called me last Wednesday and I was told not to go back to Doehler. They have horrible management and i am going to give them a bad review. You dont treat employees bad this includes temporary employees. This place needs to get rid of some of the managers they have. Plus one of the managers is lying & saying I did not work a 12hr shift & I did not get paid 5 hrs on my check. I will be reporting them. I...
