Enfield Twin Rinks — Local services in Enfield

Friend kept getting harassed by staff about using a skate aid that someone lended to them since they had two. Got confronted by staff twice, telling her that it was for kids 8 and under and she wasn’t allowed to have it. Second staff ratted her out to manager that told her for the third time she wasn’t allowed to have it. She went to counter and employee there brought over manager for her. My friend argued that she didn’t care that she would have to pay $5 for the skate aid, she just wanted some stability while skating. Manager stated that if she felt so unstable she shouldn’t be skating, period. My friend ultimately got a refund. Very inconsiderate and rude if you ask me, will not come again. (Mind you other people well over 8 years old were also using them but I bet they got yelled at too, once again...

I saw someone say the people there made it a bad experience hate to say but I agree 100% went w my friend and they're family and it was all fine just seems they don't take to well to new comers or minoritys very well guess thats just enfield for ya i guess😕 awkward stares/dirty looks very unfortunate smh other then that had a great time...

Thank goodness for heaters in the seating area. Even though you have to pay .25/period, it's one of those extra cold rinks. Concessions area was good, standard kid selections of pizza, hot dog, etc and they take credit cards. Bathrooms are older and there were problems with paper supplies ...
