Just left this place with my mother. We were very excited to go because we don’t get a lot of time together and we both love jewelry and stones. Place was crowded and hard to look at jewelry. Which is fine, no one’s fault but the two ladies that worked there were so insanely rude. We had about 30-40 mins til the store closed and we were making our final selection as the woman proceeded to say “I’m so mad we don’t close at 5 anymore. We definitely won’t be out by 6 now. People just don’t understand how much we have to do before we can go home.” And the other lady replied with “watch me, I’m leaving at 6.” Implying that if we weren’t done (which we were) that we were all leaving at 6 no matter what. So unprofessional and felt very rushed. I would never stay somewhere past close. And it’s not the customer’s fault the hours changed. They should be grateful they have a job with the pandemic and their poor manners. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes until they checked us out. When leaving the woman went outside to smoke... guess she was in a rush because she needed to feed her addiction....
Read moreI wish i could put ZERO stars. AS WORST AS IT GETS. The ladies working were extremely rude. My family and I were told we have 2 minutes to get out of the store rudely and were shushed out n almost hit by the ladies hand. I had my 8 month old with me and the lady made a comment "i cant even move the statue in because of the f&@$ing baby". Lets remind you it WASNT closing time, we had 45 minutes. She was trying to put a statue in the customers walkway (the only way out of the store). These ladies kept making rude comments after rude comments non stop. I finally went up gave them my stuff and said "i dont even want to give you my money after your comments" the lady replied "get out" and opened the door, no apology nothing. My father has been in senior retail for 32 years and was extremely angry. Really wish i couldve talked to the owner because you just dont say those things to a customer. This happened...
Read moreHad out of state visitors at my home that spent $60. Returned two days later to spend more and exchange a 13 year old girls $10 necklace that broke after one day. Owner or manager was yelling at me claiming we broke it and wanted to charge me to fix it. I explained why the design was flawed. Regardless of opinion differences, I asked him to stop yelling and soon after he called me “an a##hole”. He also threw the broken necklace (that the visitors bought and own) on the floor during the experience. All of this in front of the 13 yr old girl that owned the necklace. Terrible “child friendly” experience. Never experienced anything close to this from a store and I so much want to support our local businesses. I would love to find out this was all a misunderstanding so I could...
