The starter wont push pace of play. He had the opportunity to get kids moving who were playing with 10 players on the shortest course on the planet just before the hurricane and berated us for doing his job, when on no planet should there be 10 high schooler playing when 4 is the max. So tonight, with the over populated county we live in, he chose to chip and put on the green instead of forcing pace of play, as i remind you on the shortest golf course in the county. We finished the first 9 holes in 2.5 hours waiting 20 minutes at every hole. Mind you the lady at check out said there is night golf and at 6pm they would start their rounds. After paying 30 dollars for 18 holes on a very small golf couse, about as long as a put put golf course we decided to play an empty front 9 again since we literally sat in outlr golf cart longer than we played. Said starter said we cant do that, since he decided to stop putting and chipping and actually doinf his job. Same guy who would even have the courage to tell a group of 10 they cant play all at once, but backed me off from saying something months ago. Its a cattle run there, pay 30 bucks to play 9 and have a stater who if he isnt busy will enforce the rules. Great job cove. You let the ones who cant play golf do what they want to do, but the residents who have been here their whole lives get a talking to. Hire starters who have a pair and enforce rules. Played 8 rounds throughout the month of February. The staff at the clubhouse were great but the groundcrew staff were terrible. They had no concern whatsoever for the golfers. They were cutting grass around the greens when we were putting. They would drive toward us when we were teeing off instead of pulling off to the side and stopping. They even graded the cart path right beside us at the tee blocks and then proceeded to follow us down the path to continually annoy us. Once when my wife was teeing off they drove a cart right across the fairway where she would be hitting. A couple of the staff came flying over a hill and landed in a sand trap while laughing and never raked the mess they made. They are constantly cutting grass on that course which makes the grass on the fairways too short and harder to hit off of. We experienced this kind of behavior with every round we played. We've played this course a lot in the past 3 years but this year was very disappointing. We are done with this course and are now looking for a new one to call our...

Was having a great time till rangers came. Two older rangers came to us before sunset technically yelling “carts in by sunset”. The second sunset was down they technically kicked us out on hole 15. It was bright as it can be just no sun. We never saw a sign that says “carts need to be in by sunset.” Why would there be a tee time at 6pm if we need to be out by 8. Then he said “you’re lucky the owner is nice”. What does that mean? Was that a threat? I feel like we should be refunded for the amount of hole we wasted. We drove 2 1/2 hours from our hometown to play to get kicked out. Unacceptable. The website clearly says “ the last tee time is 6:00pm everyday and you can play until dark.” Dark. But we were kicked in daylight. Very disrespectful rangers. Do better guys. Plus make sure front court lady tells everyone “cart needs to be in by “sunset” when it clearly says you can...
