Update: Since my initial review, I have not run into any issues. The store has been clean and the employees have been very pleasant. Thank you for addressing the issue and providing a good shopping and eating experience.

This would have been a 5 star review, but unfortunately my visit ended with a bad experience. I went for lunch and when I first got there, I used the restroom. It was very clean and smelt nice. After eating my pizza, which was very good by the way, I decided to go into the restroom to wash my hands. There were three employees in the bathroom smoking week. This included one manager who had her hand wrapped. The employees didn't even move when I walked in, I had to ask them to move out of the way to get to the sink. How AWFUL. I have shopped at Jumbo's East for 10 years. Jumbo employees and MANAGERS RECOGNIZE me as a TEACHER for ENID PUBLIC SCHOOLS. I wear my ID most times when I shop there. Yet, when I most need support, UPON THE DEATH OF MY HUSBAND, during COVID-19, they REFUSE my check to purchase basic necessities. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. They have absolutely NO COMPASSION in time of need. I could pay for my purchase. They wouldn't accept my check. I had misplaced my debit card during making funeral arrangements, while still providing TEACHING SERVICES. HIRE NEW MANAGERS! I could have lost credentials and certifications had I not been honest. What would you lose? A few bucks toward necessary items? JUMBO'S East has NO COMPASSION. SHOP...

This location is one of my big go too's for grocery shopping and most of the time I like this location; however the "night time security" the last time I went into this store at night yelling across the store I thought extremely disruptive and that gentleman extremely unprofessional. I DO NOT like going into a grocery store for ANY reason at ANYTIME and be disturbed by yelling from one end of a store to the other and literally causing a disgusting scene. I may or may not ever give this particular location my business again after that.
