Vance Air Force Base — Local services in Enid

It is a very small base. The commissary is very small, but it's nice for the size. The BX is pretty tiny and really just a in case of emergency kind of store. The shopette needs to be renovated badly. There isn't a real good chance of you getting coffee. No food options on base. The med group is nice enough, the pharmacy is pretty nice. I lived there from 1980-1986. Of all the bases I lived at growing up this one was my favorite. I have the best memories at this base. I've been back since and it's still great.
