We came to Vegas for my sister's wedding and I want to start out by saying the ladies that came to our hotel to do our makeup and hair were AMAZING! They were on time, even waited on us while we worked out room situations. They were on time with getting everything finished, they were very professional, listened to our request, fixed issues we had or tweaked what we asked of them. I paid for 2 more experienced hair and make up professionals and our other sister got a premier which is the lower price tier and her hair and makeup outlasted ours 3 fold. Our hair and make up looked great when they finished and left HOWEVER. Here is where it all went wrong. The hair and makeup looked great for the bride literally until it was time to get ready. The moment she started to sweat at all her make up was gone. We have had our makeup done before and we know not to wipe anything to blot it lightly this did not matter. I mean when she patted her forehead at the start of sweating ALL of her makeup transferred from her face to her hand leaving nothing where she was sweating. Even my make up when my nose started to run and everything under my nose was running down my face. For makeup for a wedding it should have been untouchable and flawless ALL DAY, but it was almost like dollar store foundation that wouldn't stay on her face at all. I have never seen makeup run off like that ever and what made it worse is because they cake foundation on so thick and it's darker than your natural color to look good in pictures you couldn't miss that it was melting off. I was unbelievably disappointed and mad and my poor sister was freaking out understandably. There was nothing we could do at this point which made her feel worse. It was her wedding day and when she should feel the prettiest she has ever felt she was worried about looking like a wax doll in the desert. I have no issue paying a lot of money for something but if I'm going to that, it better be worth it and I think we could have gotten longer and better results with my regular foundation ourselves. Both the bride and my hair lasted only through the ride to the venue and mine started to fall down like the bobby pins weren't in there good and the bride's curls where gone by the time we got to pictures and looked just like a tangled mess luckily she was wearing a veil to hide it. She cried probably 3 times from the time we left the hotel to the photo venue which made it worse because her makeup just melted off her face, she had it on her dress from it running. We attempted to fix it with our foundation and just a beauty blender to blend it back which worked good enough from far away, but in our photos it looks terrible especially since I paid almost $500 for both our hair and makeup. I can only say I'm glad it was semicold outside because I couldnt image what it would look like if it was hot in Nevada. To have your makeup professionally done and our hair it should have last the entire day period. I'm really hoping you can't see it in her wedding pictures. Like I said the ladies were all great but the make up and hair quality was AWFUL AND DISAPPOINTING. We have all had our makeup professionally done for weddings and events and I have literally never see anything like this. I would assume you would use makeup that would last through sweating and crying and make sure that its not going anywhere but that is not what we got. I want to make sure that everyone knows this can happen and to pay what I paid I was not happy at all to see my sister freak out as she is trying to get ready for her wedding because her makeup is coming off right after getting it done infuriates me. Word of advice is to check your makeup before they leave to make sure it's not going to melt if you get it moist at all. This whole situation is crazy to me and I still cannot believe it. My review is long overdue, but I used the Beauty Studio Hair & Makeup for my wedding last year and it was one of the best choices I made! My mother and sister also booked their services and our guests were in awe of the results. We really didn’t know what to expect as the wedding was planned on short notice, so we kind of just booked and just hoped for the best. We did the Elite artists for me, the standard for them and were very satisfied with the results. Each artist listened to our input and we all received exactly what we wanted. Being half Filipino with big eyes and plenty of eyelids, I’ve found that some makeup artists in the past tend to struggle when it comes to doing my eyes and end up changing the entire look of them when it comes to eyeshadow and eyeliner. Mariah, on the other hand, heard my concern and did an amazing job with keeping my eyes graceful, bright and managed to make me look like me. My face makeup itself was soft and skin like as I went with soft glam, and it was beyond what I could’ve imagined. I felt like she truly enhanced my features and I’ve never felt more beautiful and confident. Bre was my hair stylist and she achieved what I wanted with ease. I have thick, straight hair and she managed to style my hair to look so neat, soft and elegant. On top of that, my hair stayed in tact all night long! Camryn and Abby were the other artists who worked on my mom and sister, and I can’t express enough how great they did. Both my mom and sister rarely wear makeup or style their hair, so they only had a general idea of what they wanted. Camryn and Abby heard them out and transformed their ideas into looks they loved and felt both comfortable and confident in. My guest were so impressed that they asked us to pass down the information for this studio so that they could book for future events. We took a chance on this place and again I couldn’t have made a better decision. The artists were professional, efficient and were just so easy to work with. I chose Beauty Studio Hair & Makeup for my bridesmaids and my hair and makeup for my wedding. I could not have been happier! They were on time, fun to talk to, and did an incredible job! I do not have a close up of my sisters' hairdos from getting ready, but their makeup pictures are attached. For reference, Ashley did my (the bride) hair, Mariah did my makeup, and Bre and Kelsi did my bridesmaids hair and makeup. From the moment I signed up, Beauty Studio was communicative, helpful, and very friendly. I called and emailed Jeff multiple times prior to the wedding to get an idea of what the day would look like as well as to make changes to who will be getting ready/what services they were getting. Jeff made it so easy and was very nice!

To help readers make their decision - I do not live in Nevada and chose this company off what I saw from Googling 'hair and makeup for wedding'. I give the company and each makeup and hairstylist five stars on my entire experience. Also, my wedding/the place we got ready was Caesars Palace. I was not charged for parking (I can't remember Caesars parking policy, but I believe guests can park for free for one day) and each artist was on time and didn't seem to have any issues with Caesars or finding my room. Kelsi communicated with me the morning of my wedding and asked for my room number and tower. I did not have to meet her in the lobby, she found the room with no problem.

Overall, five stars in every category! I would definitely use this company and each stylist again for any professional hair and makeup needs! Thank you Beauty Studio, Ashley, Bre,...
