The view from here is incredible! Once you've hit the apex of the Skyline Trail, keep going up and you'll see McClure, Sugarloaf and the Anvil coming up! The whole Skyline(left) to McClure Rock, back to Skyline(right) and down the Golden Gate trail was about 8.25 miles and totally worth it. Definitely arrive before 9am if you want decent parking and less people.

It's definitely worth the view to hike up here. Less people, as most of the tourists usually work their way down without coming up here. It's very peaceful. This is definitely "off the trail" and a must see, so you gotta be careful where you step at times, but overall it wasn't too bad.

Very worth hiking up to. If you're doing skyline trail keep going up after panorama point. The views are much better and there are way fewer people. One of the best views...
