Allstars Limousine — Local services in Erin

I'm so confused with how many 5 star reviews are on here for Allstars Limousine. Filter to all of the 1 star reviews, and check out the BBB, becuase they are all consistent with the level of service you will receive. If it seems like a scam, it is!!!

I called to book a limo based on all of the great reviews on google. I was contacted back via text and was told that I could pay with Venmo (RED FLAG), cash app with a $5 fee, or PayPal with a 3% fee. I opted for PayPal just in case. Good thing I did, because I ended up having to file a claim and got reimbursed.

We were picked up in the pink limo at the airport and the driver arrived on time. Upon entering the limo, it reeked of cigarettes and mold. The air-conditioning was not working and it was a 90+ degree day. We informed the driver multiple times that the air was not working and he insisted it was on and there was nothing he could do. It was so hot in the back of the limo that I was coughing and close to getting sick. We had to pull fans out of our luggage and use those in the limo. We tried to make the best of it, but that totally ruined our experience.

We paid extra for champagne ($29 for Cooks....) and the glasses provided were nasty - cloudy and covered in dust. We spent most of our time walking around outside becuase it was unbearable in the limo. The limo was extremely old on the inside, including the gross sticky floors. There is no way this limo had been cleaned in years. I rented this as a surprise for my friends on a bachelorette trip and I was totally embarrassed to say the least.

Additionally, the speaker system was terrible, so don't plan on hooking up via Bluetooth. Very low quality that cracked and was staticky even at a low volume.

I reached out to the company at the return of my trip and told them I would give them an opportunity to make things right as I'm a small business owner and hate writing negative reviews. They acknowledged the limo had been having air issues and that their kids were starting school so they didn't have time to get back to me. I allowed them the extra time they asked for. They stalled, made excuses, and eventually stopped replying.

I am extremely disappointed with the limousine service for our daughters' birthday. We thought it would be fun to rent a pink limo with the karaoke machine so the girls could ride around singing songs with their friends. My husband and I went back and forth about it a few times because the price was a lot more than expected (2 hr limo ride was $319 + MINIMUM tip of $70 to the driver). We decided to go ahead and book it because we wanted their day to be extra special, but now I feel like we just wasted almost $400. The Karaoke machine did not work at all for the first half of our ride. Then the driver rebooted the system after our ride was half way through which allowed us to get it to play, but even then, the microphone was way louder than the music and even when we moved the microphone away from the speakers, we kept hearing a loud squealing noise which was hurting everyone’s ears. We tried adjusting the volume and controls but it still sounded awful. We ended up turning the karaoke off which defeated the purpose of riding in the limo. Another thing, was issues with the AC. It would not blow cold air so everyone was hot the entire ride. We had it turned down as cold as possible, and even asked the driver if there was anything he could control in front to make it cooler but he explained all the controls were in the back. So we were forced to ride around bored and hot. I will say, that the driver was courteous and nice. However, if we had known of what the limo ride was going to be like, we would have rented a party bus or used a different limo company. I did reach out to the company to let them know of our disappointment and we were offered a discount on the next limo ride, but who knows when we will need a limo again and if we do, I'll be using a...

“Search for the Pink Panther”

I had just proposed to my girlfriend now fiancé, who has two boys from another marriage. I wanted to ask both the young gentlemen for their blessing to marry their mother. We together wanted to create a moment, a memory that will last in their hearts. I Ubered to the boys school and picked them up with the news of an Adventure…the search for the pink panther!! While the boys were curiously on the lookout for a “pink panther” our driver Terry rolls up in the super/stretch pink limousine! Our “Pink Panther” was FOUND!!! The boys were Ecstatic!! As the boys explore the limo and its intricacies, a karaoke machine is included, I spoke in to microphone delivering the Positive News of marriage and with a soft request I asked to marry their mother! BIG SMILES and a landslide vote for Yes! To celebrate we cruised to McDonalds for Double Happy Meals ! On our way out, Terry gave the boys nothing but Red Carpet treatment! Allowing us to jam tunes and sing our songs in the back on our way to the Arcade. Terry is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I also a Marine veteran, we share The ethos, “Once a Marine, Always a Marine”. Terry gives nothing but 5 star service and maintains the title, the few, and the proud. He was excellent in driver safety and getting us everywhere on time and showed the boys all the excitement and respect for the news of their mother getting married! He volunteered to take pictures and videos for us with a smile on his face! We will definitely use Allstar Limousine’s services again in the future! We appreciate you making a moment in time, for us a forever heart...
