Chris is the go to man for any of your electronic concerns! I dropped my PS5 off for a power issue. Sony wanted over 200$ just to send it in and have it diagnosed not to mention, shipping time and diagnosis/repair time taking over 2 weeks. I took my PS5 to Chris and he was the most professional and communicative person I've had the pleasure of working with in a long time! Chris offers free diagnostics ( Sony Take notes ) and told me that ultimately my PS5 was fine ( no repair needed ) and it was likely a simple power cord issue( i was using a non PS5 power cord ) Plugged the new cord in and PS5 is working great again. Turn around time is PHENOMENAL you will be in and out quicker than you can blink. I will be referring EVERYONE I know in need of electronic device repair to Chris. Outstanding business and could not see myself going anywhere else for a needed repair.

He is kind and patient with me as I explained the problem and as me doubting if it was still worth it to fix my iPad. He mentioned that might need to replace the battery as the battery might be inflating. He gave me a quote through text. The price is reasonable and he emailed the link to process the payment and it was so easy. I ended up bringing my other device as it's also having trouble charging.
