Company here HR people are so stupid with these laws. If your working here. First or 3 to 9 years. Your still not seniority. Meaning you will be working for at least 3 months and the rest you won't be called to work. If not 2 months or 1. However they are so rude. They don't like when you call to try and go back to work. You have to wait for them to call you. When they call you they call you because someone didn't come and they need you for at least 3 or 2 hours and back home. Not worth the gas coming here like that. And if you say you don't wanna come to work because your coming to work for less hours that would be not good cause waste of gas. You'll get 2 or 1 point. If you say you don't wanna work here no more because all they are giving you is less hours to work or not calling to work and you wanna work to provide for your family and you don't wanna work here. They say fine if you don't wanna work here no more we would never call you no more to work and you will not be able to work here again. It's like they threaten you so you would be stuck without finding job and not leave the company. Cause if I leave I won't be able to come back next year. If I work in another job temporary then leave and come back here I can't because they told me I can't go back. They don't have a right to fire you for not calling you to work and not being able to find a job or you'll get fired you. That's a threat and coming from HR should know better and this is discrimination. That can be against the law. You don't get to tell them nothing. If they wanna find another job because they aren't called to work. They have a right. You don't get to say if you leave your fired. Fired for what for not being called wasting my time when I can work at another job that will keep calling me to work everyday and not threaten me.
