The starter is also the ranger and so no one goes around to speed up the players, he's also fairly incompetent and as others have mentioned the starters can be rude and crude. Plan on 3 or 4 hours to play nine holes on a nice day, 7 or 8 plus hours to play the same nine holes twice. There are much better and better managed courses in the area such as Beverly Golf & Tennis, Gannon and Wenham...
   Read moreThis place is all fun. No Par 5's unless you play from the Blue's but the Par 4's are long and challenging. They say 2hrs and 15m for the nine but their not taken into consideration the stop time for pictures and, the views. And, you don't want to miss them. A true coastal New England course. It's why we live here. Top it off with a great staff (I believe their retired comedians) and you have a fun-filled day....
