My in-laws are buried at your grounds. They are in need of grave markers. I have called and requested info on purchasing those markers for over two months now. At first I spoke with Maddie and then Ashley two weeks later when I never received the information. Both promised to mail it out to me. After that I had left several messages over a period of several weeks asking for a call back and the information. My calls were never returned, nor did I receive the information. Finally I did get Maddie to answer the phone a week and a half ago. She apologized and verified my mailing address. She said she would get the information on the grave markers out to me ASAP. Well I still have not gotten it. This is unacceptable. My husband and I are now concerned about paying you for grave markers if this is the kind of customer service you provide. Would we have to continue to complain/fight to get them made and/or placed at the graves?

I was than greeted by a pleasant young woman in the office and met with Ashley, the Manager. She put me at ease in a difficult situation and she took me outside to help me with my mother’s grave.
