Living on the East Coast, and dealing with a company that I had not heard of on the West Coast made me a little nervous. I had advertised my Scope on Facebook, and was soon contacted by Darian, and an offer was made as a trade on a newer product. With my skepticism, Darian realized the nervousness and put me in touch with Zachary Bruce, the owner of Mid-America Optics. Zack‘s professionalism and direct contact even on the Sunday 8 o’clock at night Eastern time he took the time to give me a call and talk about him, his family and the business. Zack said the offer stood and it was up to me to get my scope in the mail and shipped to Mid-America Optics. An intense couple of days of hangups with the shipping company. My product was finally in Oklahoma and in Zack’s hands. The same day with no time to spare. Zack had my new Scope boxed, shipped, tracking number everything sent out the same day. I received my new one, and it was just as described. I want commend Zachary and and Darian on their communication, text and calls during my transaction with Mid-America Optics. These guys went above and beyond to take care of a right out nervous customer on the East Coast. I look forward to doing more business with these folks...

I can’t say enough positive comments about this company! I was looking at purchasing a thermal through these guys and Darin Waddington. After going back and forth with my wife on it all, they waited patiently and worked with me on every little detail and step of the way. Provided me with all the details and answers to my questions and worries. After receiving the scope today, it did not come with the extra batteries as I was told it would. I told them it was no worries at all and I didn’t mind running down to the store and buying some. But with no hesitation, Darin himself went through and purchased not only two batteries, but two extra for the trouble. So 4 batteries paid for out of his pocket for the trouble and hassle, shipped straight to my door!

Just received my Pulsar Krypton FXG50 thermal imaging clip on from Mid America Optics….worth every penny! It was everything I hoped for and better. The image quality is unmatched, and extremely durable. I was able to get it opened up and attached to my scope and go out hunting in the same evening. It’s the perfect product to be able to turn your day optic into a night/day hunting rig with and edge, and easily detach and utilize the monocular to have a handheld scanning device. This takes hunting to a whole new level. I was easily able to detect animals well beyond a mile. Very impressed and satisfied with the Krypton and even more satisfied with Mid America Optics.
