I currently have 4 humminbird units that are 5 years old. To get parts for these have been almost impossible over the years. This is $7k worth of electronics. Called to have them repaired today and got told that the units are obsolete and can no longer be repaired. These are units that are still being sold today. Asked to speak to a supervisor on the matter and basically got a "tough luck" response. I'll be going back to lowrance by the end of the week. Nobody wants to waste hard earned money on products that manufactures won't stand behind because a CEO would rather see a larger profit margin than make a quality product...
