I've gone to this place for 23 years so you can't doubt my opinions on this place. For one they don't sell cigarettes or alcohol so if that's all you're after try elsewhere. This place is owned and operated by kind Christians. They have about anything you could need if you can't make a trip to town and you need something on short notice. People might say they are a bit over priced but if you think about it this place is almost 20 miles from the closest city so price wise they are in the right. I stopped at Kite’s Grocery and Bait Shop after picking up a load from the paper plant, and I’m so glad I did. Their club sandwich was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly made and absolutely delicious. The potato salad hit the spot, and the fresh watermelon was the sweetest bonus!

Clean store clean restrooms friendly smiles. Never busy, always seem to have what you need. Food is served quick & prepared by someone who cares. Kinda like when you're back home or in the country.
