Absolute worst company ever... from the on-hold system to the customer support to the cheaply made product that we bought. outdoor LED sconces... well after only a couple of years the LED squares have burnt out and Craftmade says they have NO replacement bulb option. In the entire world or their huge factory they have no replacement bulbs lol WHAT A JOKE. So now their only option is for me to hire an electrician for hundreds of dollars to replace the sconces that are also hardcut into my siding.

oh and the glass panels are really terrible too and don't stay in place well and are hard to fit back in. WORST LIGHTING COMPANY EVER DO NOT BUY STAY FAR FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HOSED OVER IN...

I have a fan that was malfunctioning and Craftmade technical expert walked me through solutions. When those steps did not work they offered to replace my fan. I contacted them on Wednesday and I received the replacement on Friday. I was fortunate they had the same model in stock and shipped it asap.
