OneSource Amusements — Local services in Euless

Had a really poor experience. Promised big and then didn't respond. We are business and was going to be having games thru them and was one of the worse experiences. Made us sign a contract and then stopped responding. Owner said one thing and his staff didn't different. When it came to do it right or make it right, a very simple of don't think we are good for each other and we should not partner up. And rather then being up front or trying to fix it, they just would flip the story on us. Pride themselves of being a company for customer service and relationship, was far from that. Wish they could have done a better job but wasn't the case. If you do go with them, I would make sure you are clear and know what you are getting and know exact timelines and will they actually do what they say. I personally would not recommend them but hopefully you have better luck then we did at 24...

Onesource Amusements is a great coin op vendor to work with. I run Golden Tee tournaments and have used Onesource as the equipment provider for our tournaments. They were very professional and met all of our needs. We had a small problem during the tournament with one of the 10 machines, and I just called them and they sent the tech our within an hour to fix the machine. They were great to work with. I will use them again and recommend them...

Some of the games at Canyon Lake Holiday Inn resort did not work. Additionally, the minimum amount to load a card is $10, yet most games in the arcade are odd amounts forcing you to either reload or simply let the remaining amount go to OneSource… There is no way to transfer funds to another card or have unused credits refunded....
