Lost Bridge Village Community — Local services in Eureka Springs

It's a shame that such a small community can control and put restrictions on such a large piece of land that they don't own. The restrictions have made a huge piece of land undesirable and worthless to anyone but the rich. People need homes and places to put them. Not everyone can afford to build a fancy new house in the middle of nowhere. Those who can usually build in town close to everything. Your restrictions are why people can't sell...
