Always friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased a washer/dryer set from them 2 years ago and every step from the initial call to the installation was provided top notch customer care.

Since then I’ve had a few times where Ive needed help finding other items that unfortunately they didn’t have in stock. They still provided help finding a place that did have what I needed. Shows great character in being willing to help even if it’s not financially beneficial to them.

I bought awesome couch/loveseat combo with large ottoman to match in 2005 ! Wears like iron! I’ve never owned any piece of furniture like it! It’s as beautiful today as it was the day it was delivered. Scott & Karla are so helpful and very professional. We have used Eureka Furniture for a number if different flooring installs. They are pretty busy but always do a good job. They have a really good selection of options in flooring. They are very good at providing all the options avalible. I have never felt pressured or up-saled but felt like they really took into account the needs of my install and recommended the best...
