I called TCI companies to fix the water pressure issue in my house looking at the great recommendations from the google search. But to fix this simple issue it took four visits.

The first visit... plumber told that there might be some clog in the water pressure valve and cleaned it. But the issue came back in couple days. The second visit, plumber told the water pressure value is not good anymore and replaced it. But still the water pressure issue is not resolved.

On third visit, the plumber suspected that there might be some problems with the water softener system and need to be replace d which would cost around 1000 bucks and bypassed the water softener from the system. But still the water pressure problem did not get fixed. So after some calls to cancel any more visits and go with some other plumber, they confirmed a fourth visit with another person who seems to be knowing well about what might be the issue.

After these many tries, I suspected the water pressure value might not have really gone bad, so asked them to please replace it back to the old one. But they refused to replace it to back because they already installed a new one. And finally in the fourth visit making some minor changes to the settings on the water heater solved the water pressure problem on the fourth visit. But I got the invoice for $340. But after another call, they reduced the invoice to $270 by cutting the labor charge into half hour. I totally think replacing the water pressure value is not necessary at all... which would have saved me $180. Here I didn't want to name the person I was talking to from office and the plumber, because these seem to be professional and caring about the issue. But I ended up wasting my money and suffered with the water pressure issue in the house all through...

End of last month, I had called our usual plumber because our water main shut off inside the house was corroding and starting to leak. That plumber was supposed to come out the following week to fix it, however they called the morning of the appointment to say they weren't coming because their excavator was in the shop and they didn't want to start the project if they would need the excavator (they hadn't ever come to even check what would need to be done to complete the project). After waiting a week for them to call me back telling me their excavator would be in the shop for 2 months, I started searching for another plumber. After calling a few others and finding out none of them service the small town I live in, I found TCI. They have been great! Ron came out the following week to give us an estimate, which I really appreciated knowing how much it was going to cost up front (the other plumber we used would just come do the work and then send the bill). The following week Mason came to do the work, he was quick, efficient, friendly, and took great care in his job. Also after we received the bill, to our great surprise it was actually LESS than the normal quote, which most places end up charging more. So happy I found TCI, definitely will be using for future...

I would highly recommend TCI Companies. They helped us out with a very challenging sewer problem and we very much appreciate it. The sewer lines in our house in Pekin were all blocked up with tree roots....when you flushed the toilet or ran a lot of water upstairs, everything came out through the toilet downstairs since the waste water had no way to get out. I know....YUCK....man what a mess. Anyways, Norm from TCI came out and using his awesome little camera and locater, he found where the sewer pipe was. The city of Pekin thought it went out front when in fact it went out back and it turned out there was something like 250+ feet or so of sewer line that ran way way down the back and over a couple streets. The house was built a long time ago and I inherited from my parents and they had struggled for years with sewer problems. No wonder with a sewer pipe run that long. So it was totally blocked with tons of tree roots. Norm used his high water pressure machine to go all the way down the pipe, even as long a run as it was, and was able to completely clear out the sewage lines. Man...we're so thankful for the work Norm and the team did. THANKS TCI....we really appreciate everything you did to...
