WestRock — Local services in Eutaw

Drivers please be aware and make sure you weigh at the nearest loves which is 7 minutes away. They put 43000 lbs on BOL and they loaded over 53000 lbs on my trailer, when I got back they were just going to take out 3 pallets and I told them no you must take out 3. Then they told me I’m good to go without even adjusting the weight until I asked then, but they did not do it correctly because when I went back to weight my tandems all the way to the front and still over on drive axle by 800lbs.

Other the weight issues everything else was good from check in and quick loading. But 1 star because over is big issue and could damage your tires...

Upon arriving no one was at dock I had to ring the bell the girl who was supposed to be at shipping and receiving was in the area that was marked restroom she proceeded to continue her FaceTime call while she was on the forklift come to find out there were 3 females who worked that area and they were all hanging out behind the door that was labeled restroom....

It was fairly easy to to find and navigate on the property, but it seems as though the night shift doesn't want to work. Took two hours 14 minutes to get loaded with scrap paper. Shouldn't take that long at all especially when there are others waiting to be loaded in the middle...
