Read moreI've had such positive interactions with Rainbow representatives. I've had the pleasure of interacting with them at various events in Horton, Kansas. I'm a member of the Horton Senior Center and we were gifted a Smart TV by Rainbow. Tristin and Phoenix installed it for us and got us 'up and running'! They were very patient with us in teaching us how to navigated the many features of our new television. We use the television weekly for various things including senior aerobics and a Super Bowl Party at The Center. Read moreI’m not even going to lie. I don’t know much about their customer service or anything but it’s actually some of the worst internet service I’ve ever received. It sucks living somewhere where this is the literally the only option. They also don’t have flexible payment dates or arrangements. Nothing for customer loyalty.
