FedEx Ground — Local services in Evergreen

The one star is because 0 isn’t an option. Ever since the switch to the evergreen location, getting packages has been a nightmare. They are usually out for delivery on their trucks for up to a week. If they are delivered, it’s to the wrong house one day, then the next day it’s delivered to the correct house. Example of the inconsistency- November 22nd my package was delivered to the wrong address. Have no clue where they left it. I never received it. Reached out to FedEx and the only thing that happened was a text every day for 3 days at 4:30am to tell me my package says it was delivered, despite it not coming to me. November 23rd, another package arrives to my front door, as it should. Fast forward to November 30th and my delivery update says they can’t find my street address- will try later. So, for the next three days my package says on truck for delivery, yet never gets delivered. So, in 7 days time my road just disappeared? Makes it make sense. It’s really not difficult to use a gps system or read house/mailbox numbers, yet this companies drivers make it seem like you need to be a rocket scientist to...

We have had nothing but problems ever since the switch to Evergreen! These last two weeks our driver has delivered our packages to the wrong house. Not just ours, but our neighbors packages also. We have an easement between our houses for the house in the back and they have drove right past us both and delivered them to the house in the back. The people are moving out so we have had to go back there and hunt for our packages. The other day I found one in the woods leaned up against a tree. Tonight I found my package on their porch. My address number is clearly posted on my house specifically for FedEx because they seem to be the only delivery company we have problems with, and yet they still want to deliver everything to the back house! You have to scan every package, so obviously you can see the address numbers and names are different! We aren't the only ones having trouble with FedEx, the whole town is & it's getting ridiculous! Every time I see that my package is coming from FedEx, I'm filled with so much dread. Especially the evergreen location. Because it never fails, my deliveries are delayed and my packages never come on the dates shown. An today is no different. I've had 2 packages supposed to be delivered today from fedex. One came in this morning, but it came from the Montgomery AL location. And the second one, is still saying out for delivery @ 7pm, but from the Evergreen AL location, which will again say delayed and not be delivered. There's a reason you pay for delivery fees, when you need what's in the package delivered by a certain time. Only to still not get it!
