Oh, I loved it!!!!!! I want to go again. The weather was perfect when we went (January). Make sure you wear the appropriate shoes if you go during the winter. It was nice, and the scenery was gorgeous!!!! Signs everywhere so you won't get lost.

Within an hour of Denver. Some elevation are steep areas but mostly easy. Many homes to choose from. Beautiful views. Not a lot of parking.

Worst place on earth. Don't go here, under any circumstances. Just awful. Horrible views. Up to your neck in garbage. The air is unbreathable. The wildlife are jerks and they will openly mock you. You'll definitely hate it. Save yourself...
