Let me be clear before you read this review: I would not be leaving this if the seller had been transparent, but he was not and decided to lie about the reason for canceling my order so he could up the pricing. One of my friends and I decided to take a chance on this place. Luckily my friend got his order in and had it shipped out, but I waited until the next morning, and when I placed my order, it was canceled almost immediately. I was told everything I ordered was out of stock except for one item. When I followed up and asked which one was in stock so I could order again, I got no reply. Okay, fine. Well I just got back on the website to see that the items I ordered aren't out of stock but many have been MARKED UP. They canceled my order so that they could increase prices. I've attached photos of the e-mail I received, the original order I placed, and the now increased prices. Ridiculous. To break down the price changes - the Fall 2022 Stacking Tins, which I ordered 3 of, were initially $14.99 and are now $23.99. The Crown Zenith Tins, which I ordered 1 of, were initially $26.99 and is now $36.99. The 2022 Heroes Tins, which I ordered 1 of, were $32.49 and are now $99.99. Read that again. $99.99!!!! Incredibly scummy to not only cancel an order because you wanted to change the pricing, but to also LIE about why you canceled the order. For the record, prices were increased on all of the items my friend ordered as well, he just got lucky and had his order filled. My friends and I will be avoiding Ventrex from now on.

Great guy. John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and wholesome. Glad I fought my new hobby shop to go too. Ppl please read your maps. Wen you get to the cul-de-sac end stay to your left there a drive way by the lumber yard The shop is going to be to your right. Best...
