Trust other reviews and get scripts filled elsewhere. They send 3-30day scripts to the pharmacy at a time, it was setup on auto-refill and has been ready to pick up the last 3 months, not this time tho. They are out, it's on back-order with no notification to me via text/email/CVS-App. I call and ask what I can do so this doesn't happen again and she says to just call and check, so I guess if I wanna use CVS I need to call monthly to make sure I can get my script there, and that the 2 months in advance notice just doesnt work for them, or 'their system'.
I could care less about who's fault it is, rather how to resolve it, which I was met with little to no solutions. CVS hides their pharmacy phone# and has many layers setup to try and get an automated robot to answer your questions despite having no ability to answer on their current inventory. Dr's and Pharmacist alike tell you to ween of the prescription I have so it is pretty comical that the only time 'cold turkey' will suffice is when it is directly related to their negligence in communicating supply chain issues in advance of their customers being hit in the face with them. You want me to shop at CVS, why not tell me 'hey we cant transfer this, but x location has it in stock'?
If I come back it will be solely to gift yall a sign that says 'Welcome to the American Healthcare system. We know it has problems, so we refuse to be apart of any solutions'
You can think I am a Karen all you want, but if a 25 year old who works in IT is struggling to find answers, I fear elderly people are just going without scripts vs...
Read moreEDIT- So once agin i dont have enough seizure meds for my child for a whole month because they can never measure out the medication right and like always no one answers the phone or wants to make stuff right. So i guess when my child has a siezure and dies im gonna sue.
It's real nice when they always wait till last minute to order my child's seizure meds. They don't care if they are a the reason a child has to go to the hospital because of a seizure that could kill him. The only answer I ever get is that medicaid doesn't go through the same company that they do to get the medication. But when I call to order his meds it tells me one date and then all of a sudden on that date I call and they change when it'll be ready. All while not giving me enough of the medication for the amount of time that it takes for them to refill it. I can't go to Walmart either because they won't accept the prescription for one of the meds as the Dr who prescribed it has a license out of Missouri and Kansas. We have no other pharmacies in town. But cvs doesn't care and continues to have rude customer service that literally gives...
Read moreCVS DID NOT HAVE RX READY AFTER 4 DAYS.
When asked if you'd like your required medication to be auto filled, and you say YES
When you get a text message asking if you'd like to refill? You text back YES The reply says great! We will get it ready.
When you go to cvs to pick it up 4 days later?
ITS NOT READY!!! Are you kidding me?
Now two physical trips to pick up 1 RX I've confirmed twice.
I have to go back tomorrow and pick it up. Not convenient. Waste of time and gas!
They dont answer the phone. Have a question? Leave a message. It's crap service.
I WILL BE CHECKING WALGREENS FOR RX COMPARISON. GOOD WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS.
These are NOT the right hours. They are not open all day. They close for lunch everyday 1:30-2pm... It is NOT posted anywhere. It's a 20-30 minute wait if not an hour for all prescriptions.
They have a very tiny parking lot. If you park next to a truck you may be stuck. The drive thru...
