I order Recliner, and I went to go pick it up. It was fast and easy went to the front. Talk to a security guard, He told me to go to door 1. They loaded it up, came in 1 box. It fit perfectly in back my pickup truck. I was gone. I got home, opened the box came in. Two pieces set it up. I’ve been relaxing....

This was the best experience delivering a load. Organized, prompt, yes!! Check in with the guard get assigned a door, place your paperwork in back. Unloaded promptly. Was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Will deliver here anytime. Very professional....

Not a bad place, no overnight parking. And by appt only. Maybe an hour and half to unload, but I also had couches so they were hand unloaded... Dock 1,2, and 3 could be difficult if there are trucks/trailers in those docks. Over all....
