We had Chef Smiley do catering for our wedding and I loved absolutely everything. The food was delicious and I can’t stop thinking about the Mac and cheese and brisket! She was very professional and understanding of our food allergies; one of our biggest problems was not being able to find anyone who can properly do gluten free food in Fairbanks, and she flawlessly made that happen. For cooking for 100 guests, I’m so impressed and thankful for how delicious everything was.

The only reason why it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because toward the end a lot of food was given away towards the guests, and my husband and I only ended up with leftover chicken and salmon. I’ll have to just remember how good the Mac and cheese was haha. But it would’ve been nice for the bride and groom to get first pick of the leftovers. Chef K is very professional and Knowledgeable in her foodservice business. She takes her time in perfecting the great tasting in all the food . She makes sure sanitation is her utmost importance to all of her work. She is always professional dressed in her culinary outfits and clothing.
