Hey!! If you’re looking to get your hair done do NOT go to dragonfly boutique. I went in there yesterday to go from icy blonde to my natural hair colour which is an ashy brown (shown in my profile picture) and I spent 3 hours there and left with orange roots and green hair. I was so upset and my mom contacted them and the manager said she would fix my hair so I came back in today to get it fixed and I mean she fixed my roots but they’re black and the rest of my hair is still a greenish colour. She let the dye sit on my roots for 15 mins and the rest of my hair for only 5 then washed it out with cold water. I asked her to redye it because it still wasn’t even a solid color. She told me she couldn’t because my hair felt like straw but my hair was still wet, and my natural hair texture is just a little bit more rough which i communicated to her. She then told me she couldn’t just because so much dye had been put on my hair and I told her I didn’t care and I just wanted it a solid color before my school year starts. She refused and told me she had another appointment in 30 mins so I just up and left. I was outside for 20 mins and then I watched her leave. I am getting my hair fixed tomorrow by somebody else but please do not ever go there. The stylists have no idea what they’re doing and just graduated...
