The Ilse's are always cluttered with boxes of new products and it's very hard for me to maneuver around them with my shopping cart and being 100% Disabled makes it even more difficult for me! I normally spend around $75.00 too a $100.00 on stuff from this store, but lately I am only spending under $20.00 Dollars because of this problem! You would think that they would leave the new shipment of Products in the back and then after they closed for the night, someone else would go into the store and put the new Items on the shelves for the next day when they open up the store again! Your losing a lot of business just from me alone and I have heard other customers complain about this exact same issue also. I bet your sales have decreased dramatically since this has been happening by these employees? If it happens to me again when I go there too shop for my stuff, it will definitely be the last time that I ever set foot in your store again and that's a Promise that I will always keep too!
THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING TO YOUR BUSINESS AND LOSING MONEY AND GOOD...

Clearly customer service is #1 and I...
