My sister walked out with a stunning wedding gown for a reasonable price! Susie was wonderful and so helpful, the owner was incredibly friendly and sweet as pie as well! However, it would've been a 5 star review had it not been for the owners mother. She was condescending and very rude. I can't even count how many times she rolled her eyes at the things we said or the suggestions we made. (For context, my sister was asking us all what we thought and we were very supportive of her and gushing over her). She was trying to push extras like a $400 veil and $60 earrings, and when we went to check out with the dress she started bagging up that veil and jewelry and rolled her eyes at us when we said we didn't want to buy those items. Overall, she dampened our experience, which would've been 10 out of 10 five stars!! Beautiful dresses for good prices. Offers layaway program which is cool. Although the lady was rude several times. We were the only customers in there. Basically told me half of them I had picked out wouldn't fit (which I mentioned prior that I knew that and I just wanted to get an idea of what it looked like on even though I knew it wasn't going to fit well) and also something you don't want to say to the bride to be. Rushed me to go in the dressing room to try a dress on when I was trying to pick out a veil. Also acted like she didn't want my aunt to spread the train out (the other lady helping lacked to do so). Claims that if I didn't buy it today and someone else got to it before I did, they couldn't order me another one of that style...but yet they would be able to order same style but different size if I purchased that...

We drove an hour to look for a purple homecoming dress - because we took a chance and ordered online and the order got cancelled 4 days before homecoming dance. We were greeted right away by a store associate and then by the owner - who was a ray of sunshine. The entire staff was so kind with helping us find dresses, to helping my daughter getting into the dresses, and then asking questions and helping find the perfect dress - and yes we found it - the perfect dress!
