First Google review I've ever done but this store is WORTH IT!!! What nice folks--Jaci and Lisa--to have found. Our beach house is in the toughest of climates and the Seaside Casual deck furniture still looks as new as when we bought it from Gotta Have It 12 years ago. We were so happy with Gotta Have It we actually had them do our wedding registry! The best part about this store is that the owners' hearts are in the business; they are really intentional about which products they carry and endorse, so you know when you go in there, there's a lot of thought that goes into the curation of things they offer. These guys know their stuff inside & out and there is no question they cannot answer about the products; this is a retail shop but you'll feel like you're being helped by a furniture consultant from Consume Reports! Just plain nice folks, best availability anywhere. I'd recommend that my own mother go here to be taken good care of (in fact, I have!). Buying quality furniture is an investment decision and you will leave Gotta Have it knowing you've made a solid choice. I'd recommend this business UNCONDITIONALLY!!! Attaching the photos of 12-year-old adirondack chairs....these have baked in the sun, endured dust, rain, mildew, etc...never once moved in for winter or covered. Every spring a quick cleaning and the look the same as when they arrived. A+ all around thank you Gotta...

Lisa and Jackie are amazing! My husband and I spend some time looking for the right outdoor living room set and Jackie was very informative and knowledgeable in all the products. She helps us through the process from choosing the finishes and cushion color. We ended up ordering a special order fabric so it was going to take a few weeks for the cushions to come in. Lisa and Jackie were amazing as they loaned us a set of cushions in the mean time as they know we were having guests over the next week. Their delivery was quick and simple!
