So I’ll tell you that this is the THIRD time I’ve had someone work on my sound system for my 2021 Indian Road Master. The first place was with the Indian dealership where I purchased my beautiful bike. (Horrible experience). The second place is not known for sounds but they are great at everything else. So I was beyond frustrated when I had a slightly above average sound coming out my bike when I found RJS BAGGER. They communicated through the entire process and even sent me before and after pictures so I could see the level of professional work being done. When my bike was delivered I was trying not to have to high of expectations but the was no need for that because they far exceeded ANYTHING I could have imagined!!!!! Super professional work, staff, and for the price....there’s no way I could be any happier!!!! My only TWO regrets are 1st, I didn’t go to RJS first and second I wish I had another bike I could bring to him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND AN AMAZING AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE.

So I have to write a second review because I went kind of cheap the first time with my speaker choice and I should have taken the advice from the expert (RJ). He mentioned a brand of speaker that was relatively new but I spent so much on bad installers to that point that I didn’t really want to buy anything new. So here it is a year later and I finally took his advice and upgraded my speakers….BEST decision I made. These speakers are everything he told me they would be and more. Where do I begin I asked Rob at RJS for recommendations to additions to my system on my Street Glide I told him what I had so far and he gave me his recommendations I purchased the components through RJS (better price than anywhere else) one item was a DSP never touched a DSP in my life Rob sent me diagrams on what channels to hook up where and base downloads for every speaker for the DSP (who does this?) As I was installing i would call Rob with any question I had.I would thank Rob after every call and his response would be No problem anytime im here to help, talk about above and beyond service by the way my bike sounds amazing 5 Star rating isn't enough for RJS...

I tried DYI install on HD Limited which just didn’t sound great. So I called Rob at suggestion by a friend and he told me what equipment I needed to get the sound I wanted. So he gave me a date and a price and drove my 2 hours south to have him install my new system. I got Head unit speakers and amps. Great pricing. Quick turnaround and sounds better than I imagined!! I recently went to Daytona and had a few Ideas and talked to RJ Baggers about some custom work. And He Blew it out of the park!! The Fat tire the custom parts and additional sound!!! It looks awesome sounds awesome and rides awesome!! And it was half the price of Fury...
