After years and years of good service and conversations with staff I lost over $1000 worth of electronics because over years was told by owner 10 day grace period after final date listed on green slip (very bottom due date) years of this grace period was allowed and I have used in past and today told no that is not true we sold your items, upset and disappointed doesn't begin to describe this. If this not corrected very shameful way to conduct business and disgusted after so many years of being a loyal customer to now get his treatment. You guys have always gone above and beyond to help me out during these hard financial times due to our crappy economy and high prices.
