These folks have thought of almost everything! At the time of our visit I believe they have been open for approximately a year. It will be interesting to see how things develop! Side note: my mom just passed away and I am just reporting on our site across from the office. At a glance I think all sites have the grass yard with a tree. The entrance is long and wide with a catch and release pond and 3 covered picnic areas! We have a 35' Grand Design 337rls with kayak rack on the back. It fit nicely on the pad and it was level. Pads, parking area and streets are rock. Loved the landscaping! It felt quite homey. The place to park your tow vehicle gave me a feeling of privacy in my own yard but it is spacious! The sites are placed where you are not butted up against each other. BIG plus! Great spacious laundry room with a tv! There is a place to purchase ice and propane tank exchange. Only two things that was a concern, was the wastewater hose had to be pulled tight to reach the connection and I have bad knees so was very careful walking around the edges of the rock pad and parking space. This place is new so there is no dog park or activity center BUT word is that is all in the works AND construction is underway for an rv service center and store...(for all those necessities like extra waste water hose) lol. Other than the 2 concerns mentioned this is a good place heading toward greatness! I am looking forward to coming back next year!

When I first got here management was super nice and helpful. BUT about 6 months ago the park got sold and now there is new management and it went down hill in a hurry. The new management doesn’t care about you nor your family they only care about money. They have no sense of urgency to respond to you or help you or even do anything at the park when it comes to fixing things. This last month of June we were without water about 4 days and we were without electricity for 2 days. They didn’t try helping us in any way to accommodate us through any of that, it could of been something as simple as move us to the side with power/water or give us a discount on the rent due to things that we didn’t cause but have to suffer through. They did nothing to help us so we left. The park used to be full but people are leaving left and right and now the park is getting empty. There was a lot of this happening but this was a prime example of the park not caring about anything but money now. PICTURES BLEW proving this FACT.

Truly an exceptional RV park. The owners and staff are wonderful. My wife and I stayed here for nine very enjoyable monthes from September 2018 to May 2019. No security issues entire duration. Propane on site. Fishing the small lake was great- caught a lot of bass and crappie. Property is well maintained and kept mowed where you have ample room to walk yourself and pets. Big plus is the wifi bandwidth is sufficient for the number of spaces in the park - never had an issue streaming prime or netflix. This is a fairly new rv park so there is some on going completion of planned amenities and service additions (construction of RV repair facility and store were in progress when we departed) Be sure to have a sewer hose that will reach from your rig to the end of parking pad. All utility connections are at the end of the pad. We will definitely return to this park in the future. Thank you Scott, Nikki and Jeff for a all you did and helped us with during our stay.

This is a fairly new (about a year old) RV park between Farmersville and Greenville. The roads and pad sites are gravel, but are level and well maintained. The park has a very nice, clean on site laundry facility. They also sell propane on site. Customers can send a text to the manager and he picks up the propane tank, refills it and returns it to your site. A traveler could not ask for a nicer and more accommodating staff. Please note that all hookups (water, sewer and electric) are at the back of each site (instead of to the side). This was not an issue for us, but our hookups are near the front of our rig, so a 25' water and sewer hose and 25' electric cable reached, but with nothing to spare. I saw a fishing pond and several covered picnic tables on site. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cool to be able to enjoy these amenities on this trip. The one thing that could be (easily) changed to provide more convenience for the guests is the location of the trash dumpsters. The are only located in one corner of the park. One dumpster at each opposing corner (northwest and southeast) would make it much more convenient for all guests. I believe more sites are currently being added, so am hoping this small change will be made once the park is fully developed. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely...

My wife and I have enjoyed our stay in this nice campground. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Also, due to an on-road accident, we have also had the pleasure of having major repairs completed on our 2019 fifth wheel at Holiday Road. Imagine that...having someone work on your RV and calling it a pleasant experience! If your past experience has been like ours, that most likely isn’t going to happen at your dealership like it did at Holiday Road. Ed and his team of awesome repair techs worked with our insurance company and completed all necessary repairs professionally and on-time. As the techs were completing the insurance repairs, Ed also worked with our RV’s manufacturer to get them to authorize several warranty repairs, which again, were completed quickly and painlessly. Ed communicated with us during the entire process and truly went above and beyond to help us out! We are extremely pleased with Holiday Road and highly recommend them for RV camping AND any necessary repairs you may need! Thanks Holiday Road, we’ll be back! Kevin and...
