Preston and Grayson are great team. They ran wires throughout my 100 plus year old farm house and installed many outlets and fixtures to give the home a much improved functionality. Preston has 30 years of experience and in addition to being knowledgeable in his field also pays attention to what the client wants to accomplish and is willing to be flexible and creative to get the desired outcome. Grayson is one year from his journeyman license and has good skills and a great attitude and works hard and fast (has to because Preston is known for getting his projects completed quickly. Competitors scheduled 4 days for my project, Preston was done in a day and a half). Grayson worked in tight spots in the crawl and attic with no complaints and made it possible for us to achieve the desired outcome. Lee at the office was great with communication and scheduling. All the folks we interacted with at Buzz were professional, friendly, polite and good at their jobs. Pricing was comparable to competitors but not the lowest when I bid the work but I was impressed by Preston when he came to perform the estimate and I selected Buzz because I believed I could work well with him. Terrible Experience with Buzz Electric: Unprofessional and Unreliable

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Buzz Electric recently. I reached out to them to get a service done before the closing of my house, and not only did they drag their feet, but they also failed to honor their commitment. Brook, the person I dealt with, was completely unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service.

Instead of addressing my concerns promptly, Brook tried to gaslight me into believing that the company was somehow looking out for my best interests. It was clear that they were more interested in making excuses than in providing quality service.

To make matters worse, when a city inspector finally came out to look at the work, they discovered the possibility of equipment not being properly secured to the house. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Buzz Electric's competence and integrity.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Buzz Electric to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly do not prioritize their customers'...

Buzz Electrical will be my go-to for all electrical needs from now on. I had two separate electricians come out and tell me it was impossible to run wire and install a breaker for a convection microwave we just purchased. They informed me that they’d have to break through sheetrock and I’d have to get someone else to come and patch up all the holes. I called Buzz for a final opinion before simply returning the microwave. Shannon came out and immediately looked where the other electricians were too lazy to check out. Not only was it doable, it could be done without destroying a single inch of Sheetrock. Two electricians came out the next day and did the work in under two hours. They even installed the appliance for me. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Price was on par with what I researched when I knew I’d need electrical work done. They’ve earned all my future business. Call them up for your next electrical project and I guarantee they’ll earn all of yours.
